During the formal operation of the worm gear reducer, the height of the lubricating oil surface should meet the height range required by the design. And check the oil supply situation of each lubricating oil point at any time. Regularly check the impurities, moisture, and viscosity changes in lubricating oil. If it is found that the lubricating oil exceeds or does not meet the standard, it should be treated in a timely manner. When replacing the lubricating oil, the bearings and oil pool should be carefully flushed. During the normal operation of the worm gear reducer, it is necessary to check the temperature of the bearings and oil pool, as well as the noise of the reducer. If any abnormal situation is found, the cause should be stopped immediately and can only be put into use again after the abnormality is eliminated.
